First week of term 2 passed. It was kind of relaxed actually. Anyway, for the past few days, i was confined to the TP-IBM lab. For what you may ask? Well i was supposed to set up the following services: - DNS Server (using BIND & TinyDNS) --> if you don't know what this is right, try to imagine right now that when you go into the internet, instead of typing www.yahoo.com, you type the network address instead. HAHA! - Web Server - Repository Server (for database installation usage) Goodness, it took me a long time, ESPECIALLY the damn DNS Servers. I mean like come on man, i know nuts about DNS (apart from the theory part on how it works) but configuration and all that, i'm like totally clueless. that's why i took damn long. Aikido training was okay, just started in a pissed off mood at first when i reached the room (thanks to the bloody servers) but then i just seem to forget about it. and continued with training. after that ate with the gang. hahaha. NOTE TO SELF: buy the "kangaroo brand" Ginger Beer, not the F&N version. =] Today had to attend the Sports Club AGM. Theme was childhood days! hahahaha. i looked like an over-grown kid wearing berms and all. HAHAHAH! damn funny when i looked at myself. ah but what the heck, it's for the fun of it. =]] Then went back home. That's it so far for my life. Now what i have to prepare is the following: - SyScan Competition CTF '09 (1st July to 3rd July) - Aikido Demo (16th July) And about the crush that i posted earlier on, let's just say that now, it's no more. XD ah what the heck. i don't think there'll be any girl who would have a crush or liking on me, AT ALL. i mean like, i'm a geek, a workaholic, and, a joker at times. That is me. So, if any girl who does have a crush on me or whatsoever, think whether you made the right decision to do so. if you thought about it through, and serious about it, approach me and we see what we can do. ;-) l--O--l
