Week 6 of school.
Guess it's over for now.

This week,
it's kind of stressful.
All the submissions start to come in.
SADS,CMSK3.
LOL!
Also, the Aikido Camp, it's in two weeks' time.
and term tests' in a few more days.
Man, how time flies by so quickly.

On Friday helped out with the cleaning of the mats.
hahah.
Darn it that Kris.
she took a photo of me wiping the mats.
WAH, SO UNGLAM!
hahahaha.
then hanged out with the gang before i went for CCNA4 class.
We had plenty to talk about,
and crapped around.
LOL!!!

Went for Saturday's training @ Pek Kio CC.
Was the only TP person there,
but what the heck.
Guess i needed some time alone from the TP Aikido Club to train for a while.

And finally,
after so many months,
I met Qai.
it has been a while since i last met and trained with him.
Went for the normal and the senior training.
The senior training was the one that i learnt the most from Qai.
Talked to him about Aikido and life.
Even with a small conversation, i learnt a lot from him.
I thought whatever he talked about was crap at first,
but when we had the free exercise,
and he was my partner,
that was the time that my eyes were actually opened.

my mind was actually empty when doing the free exercise.
i feel like the calm breeze doing all my techniques..
Just relaxing and calmly doing it.

And the harmony between you and your partner,
I felt it.
Now i get the term of Harmony in Aikido.

I always thought that Aikido was more of strength and techniques.
But it's not, thanks to that unforgettable day.
Though some of my Aikido-mates do think that aikido is fluent,
but they end up doing things in a rough manner.
A classic example will be doing Randori.
Everybody is just charging to the defender,
and the defender fends off attackers like some street fighter.

And,
another thing that i have learnt,
is that the power of the mind is the most powerful tool ever.
And to be exact,
Principles.
"Practise what you preach",that's what Qai said.
If you believe in your principles,
you can do it!
No matter how big, small, short or tall that person is,
or even how bad or good your life is.
Principles will always be with you no matter what,
but it's a matter of how you practise it.

I guess that's about it for my life.
Wait,
i mean my new life.
Restart.
Renew.
Refresh.

A new life for me.

To my TP Aikido Club Main Committee 09/10:

It's only been a few weeks since we first took over. Though we went off with a rocky start, we persevered on. I know that I've made many mistakes as your Captain during the process, but you guys never fail to correct me. Also, you guys never fail to support me, be it in official business or even my personal problems. I just can't emphasize any further on how much you guys are valuable to me. I wish you all the best for your exams! And you guys are the 2nd best family ever! Love you guys a lot!

And to all my TP Aikido people, hope we could be one happy family and stay bonded!
