Hey guys. Gonna post about what happened during 4th ADC now. Firstly I booked in HQ on Sunday night, and met up with Ain, my Platoon Commander. I was given the position of Section Commander for Section 3, along with the following people: Jumari [Sect 1] Khairi [Sect 2] Sabiruna [Sect 4] Clarence [Sect 5] Shima [Platoon Sergeant] Went through what will happen for the next 4 days and so on. Slept at about 12am. First Day ======= Woke up at about 6.30am. Had to go there earlier because the trainees are to report to HQ by 7.30am, but there are SOME ppl who are kiasu, come as early at 7am, or even earlier like 6.45am. Platoon 3 was the platoon that i'm assigned to. they are serioiusly a great bunch of people, especially my section 3: - Alfian - Alan - Rasyidi - Rasyiqah - Bernard - Brandon - Imran - Samuel These guys are really an obedient and dillegent group of people. And they're always open to new knowledge. But we started off with a rough start with them, shouting and scolding them. Everything went okay, but a funny incident happened. I accidentally knocked out in the learning terrace. Then, from what I heard from the other trainers is that, Warrant Mathi came in. He ordered those who slept to do 20 push ups. But I didn't wake up. He kicked me and even threw a bottle at me, but I didn't wake up at all, until somebody said "Bom meletup " (Bomb is exploding).. Then i opened my eyes slowly. The only thing that I heard is that Warrant Mathi asking me to do 20 push ups. But I thought he was just joking and said "Encik don't joke with me lah encik".. then slowly he increased to 40. So, in my unconscious manner, I did the pumping, but 2 only, followed by 2 sit ups. HAHAH!! Day 2 ==== Woke up at 5am. Got ready for PT. Started off with warm-ups.. Then ran for 1.5km. Man, running in the morning is absolutely refreshing. And so the rest of the day was all drilling and marching with my section. Had AAR at night. At that night, I received a message from her.. She said : " I think that we should be friends from now on " I was really shocked at first, was on the verge of crying to be exact. Well, I did tear a bit. The times that I spent with her, and the sacrifices that I made for her, wasn't really gone to waste. I believed that she did this so that I could explore the world. She cares and loves me. I do feel the same way too. Guess life still has to go on, but my loyalty to her still remains. 3rd Day ====== I think among all the 4 days of the ADC, the 3rd day is the best as we get to do sword and colours drill. WOOTS! It's been a year since I touched the sword and the poles. But at least I still got the touch though..hehe. Taught to my section on how to do the drills. In the evening, me, Khairi, Clarence and Sabi.. we tortured the 5 Section Best Cadets. Me, Clarence and Khairi took charge of the physical torture. Whereas Sabi took charge of the psychological torture. Man, she's good when it comes to psycho-ing the cadets. Scares the shit out of them when we told them that they are being Out of Course-ed (OOC-ed) But actually all of them passed. HAHA! 4th Day ===== Graduation Day for the Cadets. The trainers had to wait in the Learning Terrace. In that time, the trainers tried to sabotage each other by taking them down and do weird things.. like pinching them and so on. They targeted me, but I avoided it, thanks to Aikido training. But I almost killed Hezwan! Man, I felt kinda guilty. but he's okay now. Then graduation ceremony had started. Had to don the cadets the lanyard.. As Alfian was my section best, I purposely kept his lanyard in my pocket. I donned everybody's lanyards else except him. He was so scared shitless. HAHA! So i donned him his lanyard too, when i took it from my pocket. HE was like "What sia sir??" =] And the kids had a good time throwing me up in the air.. but i think i'm a bit too heavy.. because when it was the 2nd throw, they were like squatting down when they received me.. hahahahha. Well, 4th ADC was a memorable one for me.. Apart from the funny and sad stuff that happened, I think it turned out okay... Now, off to my work. SEE YA! 4th Day =====
