for this week,
it wasn't much of a bore really.
it was more of the upside than downside.

first up it was the CARC presentaiton on Thursday.
it turned out to be pretty good.
a job well done to my teammates Cleve, Yuan Xiang, Jauhari and Seelan.
I really salute to these guys for working together as a team.

after that it was my Aikido training.
it was okay actually,
came in late because ended my class about 6pm.
trained with Wen Hon and the rest of the guys.
but then it rained.. =(
had to stop training then..

the most interesting day was actually today,
GRADING!!
WHOO HOO!
damn it was bloody tiring.
too bad i didn't partner Kris for grading, like i promised.
but i guess it was a blessing perhaps?? ;)
hahah.

my uke was this lady from SP.
she was okay lah i could say.
but the more tiring part was the free exercise,
when the seniors had to do techniques on us,
and we had to roll,
roll,
roll,
and roll again.
damn freaking tiring.
but after all i've been through,
thank god it was over.

after grading,
attended the training session.
it was a nice atmosphere actually.
learning more new techniques,
but all based on fundamentals.
like yokumenuchi shihonage.
and Nikkyo (which Kelvin likes to do on me the most, RIGHT??)
hahah...

but i think,
as a whole,
everybody who attended grading did well.
